RENAISSANCE LAMBSWOOL


Renaissance 100 % lambswool is hand dyed with natural dyes such as
madder, woad, indigo, weld and fustic,
these dye pigments produce the kind of beautiful colours that are just not possible with synthetic dyes,
they also have the advantage of being rather more eco friendly.


The wool is a very fine grade lace weight, 24/2, Tex 84, worsted lambswool,
It knits up beautifully to create tiny sweaters of excellent quality
average tension over st.st.:
on size 19 (1.0mm) needles, 8st and 12 rows measure 1 cm,
on size 18 (1.2mm) needles, 7sts and 10 rows measure 1 cm,
